Neo Network is the Digital Factory of Zodiak Media Group (www.zodiak.com). Founded in September 2000, the company has long been at the cutting edge in conception, development and production of multi-platform entertainment content. The company currently operates through 3 main business lines: Consumer Services, 360 Agency and Broadcast Production, with local teams in Milan, Genoa, New York and Rio de Janeiro. In 2006 Neo Network was acquired by leading italian tv production company Magnolia and in 2007 De Agostini Group – one of the largest european financial conglomerate with international interests in publishing, gaming, finance, media and communication - acquired majority stake in Magnolia. Subsequently to several acquisitions completed in the content production area, De Agostini recently re-organized his content production activities with the creation of Zodiak Media Group, one of leading content producers in the world, made up of more than twenty renowned company and globally active through its international distribution network.
