Nemphasis Information

Nemphasis was conceptually born in 1996 from the passion for music of the founder and guitarist Matteo Bresciani. At the beginning the focus was centred on the HI-FI world. For it several projects were realised and they received good appreciation by amateurs. Afterward, the comparison with professional musicians and friends who made music as their hobby, led to the realisation of devices for guitar and bass, designed to improve and modify the sound. So the first Nemphasis stomp boxes and other useful accessories were designed in order to improve the sound. Care, passion and expertise are typical in the construction of a handmade product, where the basic electronic components are searche out and selected to optimise the characteristics of the sound. Legally Nemphasis starts in March 2011 as a sole trader with registered office in Calvisano, a small village near Brescia. In order to quickly establish itself as leader in the always more demanding market, it now aims to forge strong partnerships with national companies in order to optimise each productive process. Each realisation phase of the product, from design to parcel wrapping up, is entirely carried out in Italy in close collaboration with proven experienced laboratories in order to guarantee the quality and production standards required in the manufacture, presentation and sale of the product. Nemphasis aims the internalisation of all manufacturing processes concerning the electronic part, by investing in people and for people. Nemphasis projects often arise in collaboration with professional musicians of exceptional experience in live and studio performances. The application of the design and manufacture techniques, typical of the HI-FI world, combined with the pursuit and selection of the best components offered by the market, enable Nemphasis products to change the approach and the perception of the sounds defined for decades now and as we like to say: "we didn't invent the wheel, but we helped to make it rounder."
