From Concept to Scale Copernicus is a vertically integrated organization where all the design and production processes are conducted within the company. As a drug delivery manufacturer we are proud to offer the shortest timelines for the implementation of new projects as well as high flexibility in introducing improvements throughout the whole product life-cycle. The entire manufacturing process is conducted under the Copernicus Quality Management System certified for compliance with ISO13485. D&D Center Our Design & Development Center conducts the entire process of a new product design, starting from its conceptualization. Cross-functional D&D engineering team consists of highly skilled experts – constructors, engineers, designers, quality specialists and medical professionals. Tooling Design The Tooling Design Department at Copernicus specializes in designing and building plastic injection molds. Copernicus manufactures devices which require the highest accuracy and repeatability. We acquired unique skills in the manufacture of prototype molds, needed to assess the functionality of a detail before launching mass production. Plastic Injection Molding Copernicus produces plastic parts on molds manufactured in the Tooling Department in the full package "from design to product“. Device assembly Copernicus has an extensive assembly know-how and experience with semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment proven by the successful manufacture of millions of devices and device components.
