NELA Development is a family owned real estate development company with over 30 years of experience. We employ in-house contractors and specialists as well as give each project we work on the attention to detail it deserves by aligning the look and feel of our development’s design to the community’s specific aesthetic demands. Our aim is never to maximize profit, but to instead maximize & enhance the broader health, happiness and wellbeing of our clients, customers, and neighborhoods we work in. NELA Development is currently working on over 20+ construction projects, 3 of which are active ground up multi-family developments. While historically NELA has focused on more single-family oriented projects, we’ve been transitioning into commercial developments, specifically multi-family projects in the small to mid-sized range. We see this market as ripe with opportunity. We target multi-family development projects on improved and/or unimproved lots that have the capacity to impact an area’s presence and stature. Project type ranges from single family, multi-family, condominium buildings, small lot subdivisions and other commercial development opportunities.
