We have over 15 years experience designing projects of all scales. We value a culture of collaboration and communication, starting with Neil Design and our clients and extending to the builder and other consultants. We are committed to producing high quality, on-time, on-budget design and documentation. Neil Design can guide you through all stages of a project from design brief and initial design concepts to construction documents, interior details, planning approvals and contract administration during construction. We understand that project budget and 'buildability' go hand-in-hand with other design requirements such as efficient planning, spatial quality, material finish, safety and environmental sustainability. We bring to projects a passion for design, underpinned by our broad experience of the development process from feasibility through design and documentation to construction on site.
