NeighborWorks® Rochester promotes a greater sense of community in Rochester and strengthens our community’s neighborhoods by helping create new homeowners and sustaining the investment of our existing homeowners. While it is the dream of first-time homeownership that we make possible for many families, we are also a valued housing resource for the community because of our flexible home improvement loans, and our honest and thorough energy and technical services, which allow families to be better situated in their homes and thus remain in their neighborhoods and engaged in their community!
