Neighborhood Rescue of America (NRA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and CRS program of ESR. Our mission is to create safer communities for children and animals in low-income African American communities. We advocate, “Love yourself, Love your neighbor, Love your neighborhood." We create safer neighborhoods with zero tax dollars, utilizing strategic intelligence and tactical planning in our operations. Our approach is highly effective - we use a game-based platform called the Vegas Vikings Game, which incorporates best-practice community policing, the Norse Althing methodology, and strategic community partnerships. We believe in strength through unity. The game has shown impressive results - reducing crime by 75% in 21 field days in the most dangerous part of Las Vegas with a $10 million impact in the kick-off by Christian Schoyen, the Chairman of NRA, a direct descendant of Viking King Gudröd Ragnvaldsson. The success is not just limited to Vegas - the game, now in its 10 years, has been implemented in other states, achieving over 90% crime reduction! The Vegas Vikings Game is designed to impact players and residents in high-crime communities positively. The target group is children and animals, as conditioning is fixed by age 12. Education is a cornerstone of the program, and it includes Norse teachings to activate the inner Viking and skillset-building for the 21st Century with a strong basis in AI. The "RISING STARS" program is offered to exceptional individuals, providing further growth opportunities and the chance to be matched with ESR´s client base. For interns, we also have international programs! “Imagine a world where children's laughter replaces the echo of gunshots, a world where no animal is neglected, and every child sleeps safely. That’s the world Neighborhood Rescue of America is building, one community at a time."
