We’re Vivery: a team of passionate technologists who saw a system that wasn’t working for the people it was meant to serve and set out to fix it. The resources to help people thrive already exist, but they’re scattered across healthcare, government, and nonprofits, and too hard to find. That’s why we build technology that helps trusted community organizations do even more for the people they serve. For more than a decade, we’ve worked alongside food banks and pantries, building technology to improve food access and developing a deep understanding of food insecurity. Along the way, we’ve seen firsthand the trust these organizations have built with their neighbors, and the powerful role that trust can play in creating change. Vivery connects neighbors to food, benefits, programs, and trusted local support, while helping food banks and pantries reach more people, strengthen their programs, and connect their communities to philanthropic and healthcare-funded programs. By combining technology and systemic thinking, we connect neighbors, community organizations, and funders to create more trusted, coordinated, and effective social care. Today, Vivery works with more than 120 food banks and 30,000 pantries across the country. Our mission: help people thrive with access to food, benefits, and care.
