NEOS, Ltd is a manned and unmanned aerial remote sensning company serving CA, AZ, and NM. NEOS provides comprehensive aerial intelligence, surveillance, mapping, and monitoring services for government, local municipalities, utility companies and other commercial accounts. NEOS offers an integrated aircraft and drone remote sensing approach to environmental intelligence services using commercially available drones, aircraft (GA and sLSA), sensors, computer processing, and geographic information system (GIS) technology. NEOS’s ultra high-resolution multi-spectral imagery with GPS controlled image acquisition provides geo-spatial information related to surface features down to a few centimeters or less in detail for site-specific and area-wide surveys. Common mapping parameters include imaging at 3 inch to 6 inch spacial resolution in color and/or CIR format with 80 % forward image overlap and 70% side lap. With image and GIS processing, discrete and subtle interactions between people and the environment can be analyzed to determine impacts, patterns, and trends including dynamic threats/risks to life and property. NEOS airborne and drone databases are queried by image, location, date, time, and changes for site-specific information and status updates. Select areas of interest can be highlighted, processed, and analyzed as required to prioritize data delivery. In emergencies, critical situational intelligence is transmitted in real time by air, satellite, and/or ground relay to tactical personnel 24/7. Processed imagery output includes digital 2D ortho image maps, 3D structural models, time-series change detection, and normalized vegetation greenness indices.
