NEAPOLI is an Environmental Design & Engineering firm with offices in London, Kuala Lumpur and in Seoul. NEAPOLI is an ancient Greek term describing the process of creating new (nea) urban spaces (polis) and reflects our mission to shape the next generation built environment. With a current working portfolio of over 25 million square feet, we aim to create environments that are socially, environmentally and financially responsible and resource-efficient throughout their life-cycle: from site selection, to design, construction, management and demolition. Our practice expands and complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, health and comfort. NEAPOLI's experience stretches from individual buildings and small developments, through to large regeneration schemes, and policy and strategy development for cities and regions. We have expertise in energy, waste, water, transport, green building, environmental design and engineering and ecology. And we have utilised this collective expertise for projects such as the new Petronas Towers in Lot185, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, the new Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) Headquarters, ATH Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 and Merdeka PNB 118. Integral aspects included sustainable construction, energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste management, the supply, treatment and drainage of water, the distribution of energy and power, and the development of systems for IT, HVAC and Green Building certification with GBI, LEED and Green Mark.
