Neal Prince Studio is a specialized design team within LS3P that focuses exclusively on residential architecture. The studio has a history of service excellence that spans 45 years - beginning with James Austin Neal's vision for founding the practice. Our studio focuses on building personalized design relationships with clients who seek innovative design, quality and value. The stylistic range of our work is a reflection of the diverse individual interests of our clients and is draws upon our responsiveness to the specific environment for each project we undertake. Our designs for new custom homes, alterations to existing homes, affordable housing and resort amenities have appeared in national, regional and local publications and have received numerous honors and awards. However, we still measure success by what matters most: the relationship of trust and respect from our clients and the communities in which we serve.
