The world is changing rapidly. As a result, education and learning pedagogies are also evolving. Today, institutions in general and universities in particular welcome original ideas and students that can illustrate the ability to produce them. Possessing the ability to conduct meaningful and relevant research will soon be a prerequisite for students of all age groups. We aim to offer a hands-on research experience to high school and upper primary school students whilst honing the tutoring skills of young scholars. We believe that an early career researcher paired with a student having a flair for critical thinking can produce a well-intentioned and sound academic output that can inform: Individuals and masses, Science and media, and Policies and development. A pedagogical revolution is on the rise, focusing by and large on equipping high school students with a basic understanding of research. At Ndeavours, we believe that education is omnipresent and should not be limited to classrooms. In this 16-session program structured by experienced educationists and a research scholar based in Wurzburg, Germany, we aim to teach students of grade 9 and above the fundamentals of research. Possessing basic knowledge of scientific research can stimulate critical thinking and curiosity amongst our future graduates; our goal here is to help jumpstart and catalyze this process.
