Nclusion.Speak is a concept to champion a more inclusive world, started by a group of motivational speakers who realized they could deliver a unique and powerful message of acceptance if they joined forces. We focus on a Motivational speakers with a DEI&B message. We believe positive messages are the game-changer needed to increase engagement in your DEI&B programs. At Nclusion.Speak we drop the "i' to Nclude everyone and our select group of speakers share their stories to allow the listener to enter the conversation where they are. Stories create connections, build familiarity and trust, making listeners more open to learning. The idea is to share our stories while offering strategies to create inclusive workplaces helps organizations build trust and increase engagement in their DEI programs.
