Ncarf Information

The North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (NCARF) is a professional organization dedicated to assisting its member community rehabilitation programs in the provision of services to individuals with disabilities. NCARF is composed of members representing North Carolina's community rehabilitation programs. Functioning as the unified voice of community-based rehabilitation programs, NCARF is dedicated to ensuring that citizens of North Carolina are aware of the services provided by its members. Community rehabilitation programs are a unique combination of a vocational rehabilitation programs, a job placement agency and a business. The rehabilitation service and job placement for individuals with disabilities aspect is inherent in the purposes for which each facility exists. Yet, all of our members provide goods and/or services as part of the business community.
