NBS Mechanical, Inc. has factory trained and field tested technicians. Being that Data Centers is the only environment in which we work we are fully aware of the critical nature of these rooms. We understand that down time is to be eliminated. We respond quickly to emergency service calls and get a technician rolling post haste. We are a 24 hour / 365 days a year emergency service provider. We exercise extreme caution when working in these rooms taking care not to interfere with any of the critical equipment located within these rooms. If the work warrants that the fire suppression system be disabled, we make sure this completed before any actions are taken. We are fully aware of EPO systems and make sure we don't do anything to trip them. Through our years of experience we are quickly able to determine the nature of any problem. Through our years of working with the factories we can get their immediate support when the situation warrants it. It is our code to eliminate emergency service calls by diligent maintenance procedures.
