NB Thunder Information

Texas Homeschoolers United in the Need to Develop Education and Recreation NB Thunder is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization aimed at creating and improving access to educational and recreational opportunities for homeschoolers in the New Braunfels area. The organization was founded in 2022 by a collaboration of homeschool parents who sought to replicate the athletic and extracurricular opportunities that could only be found in San Antonio or Austin. We exist to glorify God by developing Christian character and providing opportunities for homeschool families in New Braunfels and beyond to develop skills through competitive programs under unified Christian leadership. We see this organization meeting an underserved demand from its own rapidly growing community during a time of unprecedented growth in the popularity and execution of homeschooling. We shall attempt to provide the resources and opportunity in most demand within our community, which shall include but not be limited to those of an educational, social, or recreational nature.
