This can be anything from Consultancy reports, full set up, design review or working with the client directly at the building on daily basics. We can offer support after the completion of your project on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. We are very flexible in my approach and will produce a free initial survey for you, on areas that can help you maximize your profit cut costs and keep your tenants happy. Our Fees are at a reduced rate but the same international high standards that I have implemented at the many projects we have worked on in Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. Fit-out guidelines -Job descriptions/Regulations for staff. -Setting up all contracts with service providers (security, cleaning, Landscaping, Pest control), -Implementing the staffing structure and employment, House rules, labour contracts -Yearly Budgets, Financial management, -Tenancy management Tenant fit-out guidelines and leasing contracts and negotiation. -Training of Staff, Reception, Cleaning, and Security in customer service. -Negotiation and advice on lease agreements with tenants. -Advice on Safety, signs, car parking, security, CCTV and all aspects of the building. -Asset Management
