Our story goes back to 1961 when Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs (NAYC) was founded, a charity committed to educating and developing young people. Our founder, Harry Whittaker was desperate to have somewhere he could take underprivileged kids in order to experience the world like they never had before and release their potential, this started Action Centres UK. We have grown through the generosity and blessing of others and expanded our reach beyond Northamptonshire. Our three sites in the United Kingdom are focused on releasing potential in all through team building activities and residential trips. Everyone of our sites work collaboratively with NAYC; Whitemoor Lakes Centre, Pioneer Centre, King’s Parks and exist to help and support young people and their leaders.
