Navigator's principals were investors in Comfort Keepers Franchising, Inc., a leading senior care franchise system. They served on the board of directors of Comfort Keepers as it grew to over 500 franchised units with franchisees in the US, Europe, and Asia. Navigator's principals personally partnered with FirstLight's management in founding the business with a multi-decade view towards building a leading franchise system which now has well over 100 franchisees and is growing at 70% annually. The principals are dedicated to being long-term partners with management providing growth equity as well as organizing and investing in acquisitions or recapitalizations of successful businesses.
