What we look for: The ideal business generates $4–40 million in annual revenue, has operated for more than 10 years, and has been profitable for at least the past 3 years. We seek owners who care about preserving their company's culture, values, and legacy through a smooth, thoughtful transition—and who are invested in the long-term success of the business beyond the sale. Our story: Entrepreneurship is in our roots. Our founder, an engineer, learned from an early age the profound impact that small and medium-sized businesses have on their communities and the vital role they play—especially in his home country, where they serve as the primary engine of the economy. His father, also an engineer, pursued numerous ventures throughout his career, driven by the responsibility of providing for a family of nine. The name Navalper comes from a mountain village in Spain, where our founder's grandfather brought the family on vacation during his childhood to enjoy the outdoors. It is a place tied to lasting memories of family and time spent together—values that continue to guide how we build and steward the companies we acquire.
