It operates a two-sided model: developers who need to comply with BNG and may need offsite biodiversity units to comply with planning conditions on one side, landowners earning durable, long-term income from habitat restoration on the other. The company is not a broker. It is not a listing platform. naturethrive stays on as a 30-year delivery partner, accountable for the ecological outcome across the full lifecycle of the obligation. naturethrive's flagship habitat bank is Wrangcombe Farm in the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Somerset-Devon border. The site holds 19.57 registered net biodiversity units across other neutral grassland, mixed scrub, and pond habitats. Bioacoustic bird monitoring, soil carbon sampling, and species surveys are already running, with data delivered through a monitoring dashboard embedded inside the delivery relationship. Additional habitat bank sites at Scald End Farm in Bedfordshire and Overbury Hall in Suffolk are in development, extending supply into the East of England and Ox-Cam corridor. The company also provides BNG planning support for developers: Biodiversity Gain Plan review, offsite unit sourcing, LPA engagement, and guidance on spatial risk multipliers and National Character Areas.
