NaturallyTalentedMe Information

The NTM platform works for all educational establishments, charities & programmes focusing on supporting all genres into the workplace. It also works as an effective platform for employers across the UK, Europe and beyond to connect with new talent that has otherwise remained hidden and untapped. The flexibility and intuitive design of the platform means it is set to become the central point for support, interaction & knowledge, supporting many different audiences, including held-back communities, young offenders, those with special educational needs, the disabled, ex-military & back to work situations etc. NTM is also a highly suitable solution for organisations to use internally to profile their own staff, thereby giving them a greater understanding of the Talents/Attributes that they possess. By comparing them to other roles within the organisation they can be effectively redeployed into new or future roles. NTM facilitates the effective engagement of new talent and opens up the potential of Work Placements and helps to nurture and guide talent before they join. NTM is designed to become a key component in an individual’s everyday life as a mechanism for boosting their own confidence in themselves, as a tool that demonstrates their value & worth to themselves & the workplace and as a platform to develop their own careers & aspirations. NTM fills a gap in the market by enabling everyone to shine, regardless of background. It is a simple and effective mechanism that can be used by any age group from the young to the old.
