National Temp Services is a different kind of staffing agency. National Temp Services works within the manufacturing, construction skilled trade, and office administration functional areas. During this transition the human resource department and plant management were able to focus on the change because the staffing issues were being handled by NTS. NTS also partnered with the manufacturing organization to create a career day for the employees that were being laid off and sponsored treats for employee gatherings.
