National Mortgage Company has been established as a closed joint stock company by the Central Bank of Armenia. The Company aims to create conditions to make mortgage loans affordable for middle income families and to improve their housing conditions. Acting in secondary mortgage market we do not directly work with clients but cooperate with banks and credit organizations providing them low interest rate and long term loans thus making mortgage loans affordable for those who has need.
