The National Emergency Services Memorial was founded by Tom Scholes-Fogg in August 2016, and launched in September 2017. The NESM is a registered charity in England and Wales (1172996) and Scotland (SC048678). Our aim is to honour the great men, women and service animals of the emergency services by raising £2 million to build a national 999 cenotaph, to have an annual official Emergency Services Day and to hold an annual Emergency Services Festival of Thanksgiving.
