National Association of Real Estate Agencies in Slovakia (NARKS) Information

National Association of real Estate Agencies in Slovakia (NARKS) is an independent organization composed of individuals and entities working in real estate market in Slovakia. Since 1992, we have been building a community of real estate professionals and representing Slovakia ́s real estate market internationally. NARKS carries objectives, ideas and Code of Ethics, and is governed by applicable statutes. The core purpose of NARKS is sustainable prosperity and integration of Slovak real estate agents. We strive to promote their interests and continuously improve the quality of the service they provide. At the same time, we protect the customers and property owners by developing standards for effective and ethical real estate business practices. The most important tasks of NARKS therefore cover the areas of legislation, education, media and research within the real estate market. We initiate and implement legislative amendments to the legal provisions related to real estate activities. The education programme of NARKS continuously enhances the knowledge and professionalism of member agents. We regularly inform public about news, trends and practical tips in the real estate market via our media channels.
