NATAM is a “third party” Management Company based in Luxembourg and authorized to manage Funds both in UCITS and AIFMD regimes. NATAM works alongside Clients as a highly-competent, proactive and professional counterpart: the vast range of "tailor-made" services offered by NATAM allows Clients and Partners: • To benefit from expert and competent support, that ensures the monitoring of asset management activities in a rigorous, attentive and proactive way; • to focus on their core business (typically: Portfolio management and Distribution), acting as the single point of contact in Luxembourg for the fund promoter; • to allow fund promoters to quickly set-up and launch a bespoke regulated fund with the coordination of the delegates and service providers; • to provide cost-efficient solutions benefitting from potential economies of scale. NATAM services fall into the following six areas: 1) Investment Management NATAM supervises and monitors investment processes delegated to third party portfolio managers. 2) Risk management & investment compliance NATAM defines with the client the most appropriate risk management process and investment policies, Services include ensuring regulatory notifications and valuation support. 3) Set-up & legal compliance NATAM acts as the single point of contact in Luxembourg for fund promoters, coordinating set up and legal activities, allowing the client to focus on Asset Management and Fund raising activities. 4) Administration support NATAM is specialised in identifying and managing the most suitable partners for your strategy ensuring their ongoing supervision. 5) Governance support NATAM coordinates relationships with the supervisory authorities, as well as with the control functions. 6) Marketing & distribution NATAM provides proactive client support to facilitate the development of their commercial activities.
