Nassau Investments, the parent organization of a Property Management Company, Nassau Construction and The McMillan Capital Group, provides comprehensive real estate services including property & asset management, construction, maintenance, and acquisition of distressed assets to create optimal returns for investors. We have expertise in real estate sales, leasing, property management, acquiring and selling non-performing notes and REO/bank-owned assets. Our portfolio includes commercial and residential properties, as well newly constructed and pre-existing homes that are single and multi-family-unit properties. Nassau Investments was founded in 2006 by entrepreneur Mike Ealy and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Ealy graduated from Tuskegee University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and holds real estate and property management licenses. Over an extensive 10-year period, Mr. Ealy has applied his knowledge of property and asset management to negotiate hundreds of successful real estate transactions.
