Narrative Practice is an award-winning mentoring platform focused on improving representation in the built environment. Sessions is their flagship programme, connecting young people with professionals through free mentoring evenings, reviews, and workshops. NP has worked with over 900 individuals to date and has been recognised by the Architects’ Journal, RIBA, the Thornton Education Trust and the University of Greenwich for their impact. Led by Dhruv Gulabchande, in recognition of his ongoing research work at NP, he has been selected as a RIBAJ Rising Star, appointed to the Curation Panel for the London Festival of Architecture 2025, and awarded Emerging Individual of the Year by the Thornton Education Trust.
