Technical training of the client´s operators for the specific range of products are a matter of course. They are organized in cooperation with manufacturers and in addition to staff training, they serve to exchange information useful in the development and production of tools and instruments by the supplier. In our company, we place high emphasis on the quality of the services and solutions provided, as well as on the quality of the processes and the internal functioning of the company. For this reason, we have introduced a quality management system in line with the ISO 9001: 2009 international standard, the ISO 14001: 2005 environmental management system and the ISO 18001: 2009 Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Since 1991, Narimex, spol. s r.o. offers warranty and post-warranty services for BOSCH hand-held power tools. During the many years of service, the offered range was extended too include REMS, DEWALT hand tools, BOSCH air tools, and GESIPA riveting technology. Since 2001, the company offers its clients the accredited calibration of torque wrenches up to 4,600 Nm in its calibration laboratory, as well as repairs of GEDORE and RAHSOL torque wrenches and torque multipliers. In 2013, we obtained TUV certification for repairs, expert inspections and expert examinations. Since 2001, Narimex, spol. s r. o. offers to its clients the possibility of creating a consignment warehouse directly at the customer´s premises enabling supplies from this warehouse in the form of internal requests and receipts. A specific project was implemented at SES Tlmae, where, in the course of 2001, direct on-line supply to individual plants, and tool warehouses without intermediate warehouse was achieved, thereby brining to the client extensive savings of costs expended on inventory and staff at the department of purchasing and warehouse management.
