Napo is a trade union and professional association representing thousands of members working in probation and family courts. As a professional association we publish two internationally respected journals which are free to members. We work to protect the professionalism of our members and maintain professional standards and quality training. As a trade union, we are part of the wider union movement and are affiliated to the Trade Union Congress and the General Federation of Trade Unions. We take a full role in campaigns to protect terms and conditions as well as wider national and international campaigns for justice and protecting the public sector.
