Situated on the picturesque location of Naples Bay, the Naples Yacht Club was founded in 1947, two years before the town of Naples officially became a city. It proudly remains the oldest club in the Naples area. Membership has grown from three founding yachtsmen to over 550, and the original spirit of camaraderie and goodwill are stronger than ever. NYC is a top ranked yacht club in the state of Florida, a Distinguished Emerald Club of the World Award Recipient, a Platinum Club of America, and serves as a founding member of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs.
