Nanotrace's is a pre-clinical, biotechnology company based in San Francisco. Our nanoparticle-based delivery platform targets the untargetable – with no liver tox, fewer side effects, and far better treatment outcomes. Based on our team's decades of research in nanoparticles, along with the maturation of nanomedicine and AI, our product is a novel targeting platform which, at the cellular level, recognizes a cancer cell by its very blueprint – gene expression. In part by using AI and what we call “software-defined-particles”, this specific recognition is programmed to release a chemotherapeutic payload only inside a cancer cell while leaving healthy cells unaffected. Our breakthrough platform will transform how humans treat not only cancer but a whole spectrum of genetic disorders. The Company is founded by Dr. Will Briley, PhD Molecular Biology from Northwestern; Dr. Paul Weiss, renowned nanoscientist, distinguished UCLA professor, and a UC Presidential Chair (wikipedia); David Spector, an experienced founder and formerly of Sequoia Capital, Google, and MIT; and, Chief Medical Advisor, Dr. Krishna Komanduri, Department Chief & Head of Hematology & Oncology, UCSF, and Clinical Director of the UCSF Living Therapeutics Initiative. Scientific advisory board (SAB) and partners include experts from MIT, Harvard, UCLA, Columbia, Memorial Sloan Kettering, ZEISS microscopy, and The Langer Lab.
