Nanoretech Processing identified the need to explore the re-processing of the base metals and precious metal tailings dumps, firstly due to the obvious gap in the market for such a company and primarily for the extraction of the valuable commodities locked inside these tailings dumps. As demand for such commodities grows globally (check Market report), it is vitally important to find alternative sources for these high demand commodities. It’s also of high importance that an economical method of extracting these metals and minerals is developed in order to make the final product inviting to the buying market. Nanoretech Processing was formed after three years of research and development to improve on the existing extraction methods known to the mining industry and optimize the reprocessing of old tailings dumps containing low percentages of base and precious metals. The development team consisting of experienced professionals within the mining industry. Through these years of R & D, Nanoretech Processing developed a method to extract the metals and minerals out of these tailings dumps. Nanoretech Processing plans to rehabilitate all known Copper, Nickel, Zinc, Cobalt, Gold and Silver dumps that were previously deemed uneconomical to reprocess due to high operating costs and capital outlay. An economic extraction method has been developed through our R&D partners, Mintek (South Africa), Lanxess, AMS technologies, Azmet and Modular Process Technologies. “Our company’s mission is to facilitate and procure an economical and reliable metals and minerals extraction solutions in the mining industry”
