Our mission is to develop advanced spectrometry instrumentation for nanoscale characterization of complex biologics. By delivering high-resolution analysis of viral vectors, vaccines, therapeutic antibodies, biosimilars, virus-like particles, and other biologic products, we help researchers and biopharmaceutical manufacturers accelerate process development, strengthen quality control, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ultimately enhance patient safety. NanoEngineering Corporation is a startup born from research conducted at the Yale University School of Engineering. In collaboration with leading academic and industry partners, we are advancing electrospray differential mobility analysis (ES-DMA) into a practical, high-resolution analytical platform for life sciences research, biopharmaceutical process development, and manufacturing. Built on years of research and development, deep technical expertise, and patented innovations, our technology measures particle-size distributions across a range of approximately 1–250 nm with unprecedented resolution. The platform delivers insights that are difficult or impossible to obtain with existing commercial technologies, enabling faster, data-driven decisions, greater experimental reproducibility, improved product quality, and reduced material waste throughout biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
