Our mission is to aid individuals recovering from addiction by restoring their mind body connection through yoga/fitness memberships, a practice of self awareness and wellness-focused community events. NamaStay Sober is a charitable organization that funds and facilitates monthly yoga and fitness memberships to people in recovery. By becoming a member of our community, participants are given access to create a new and healthy lifestyle alongside their peers.
