Nalanar is an agentic AI platform for end-to-end executive search. Nalanar orchestrates a system of specialized AI agents across the executive search lifecycle—from intake and internal talent intelligence through search strategy, market mapping, candidate discovery, calibration, assessment, and close. Each agent performs a defined function, passes structured context downstream, and operates within human approval gates. An independent validation agent runs across the system to challenge reasoning, test assumptions, identify unsupported conclusions, and pressure-test outputs before they inform the next stage. The architecture is designed for orchestration rather than a linear recruiting workflow: agents can loop, re-query, incorporate new evidence, and recalibrate the search as information changes. Nalanar sits above the existing talent technology stack, augmenting ATS, CRM, internal talent, and external data rather than requiring companies to replace their systems of record.
