Nala Ventures and Investments LLP has established an “accelerator” to support and help grow businesses (at different stages of their development) that are looking to transform Professional Services through the utilisation of emergent technology and new talent models. We aim to support and drive this disruption by helping ventures and more established enterprises in four critical areas. 1) Capital Model – we help organisations to develop the right capital model to support their long-term growth and value objectives. We support founders to find and deploy appropriate supportive capital and to create the right capital structures to sustain their vision over the long term. We work with businesses as they seek to realize capital value – including through merger, acquisition, sale or public transaction;
 2) Governance and operational excellence – we deploy our collective business leadership skills and our deep professional services industry experience to help enterprises build and operate the right governance models, to drive operational excellence and develop and realise the right value proposition for their customers; 3) Ecosystem – we create mutually supporting ecosystems of businesses, allowing them to share expertise and relationships, convene around complex enterprise problems (to deliver “greater than the sum of the parts” solutions) and to develop and benefit from the network effect (including shared services, market intelligence and talent); and 4) Distribution – by using our extensive networks and C suite sales expertise, we will help enterprises drive rapid distribution and build strong enduring customer relationships (including helping to develop and drive value from channel partner relationships).
