Nairn Architecture is a multi-disciplinary design practice based in Mildura. Key personel include: Andrew Nairn - Architect / Director John Loughhead - Architect Casey Bambrick - Practice Manager Between them, these key personnel have many years of experience, each member complementing the other in the essential skills they bring to the practice. Analytical skill, creative design, simple and effective communication, technical excellence, sound organisational and co-ordination ability and efficient administrative systems are hallmarks of the practice. Collectively, we have experience covering a wide range of project types including: Educational Community Facilities Tourism Industrial Aged Care Retail Residential Offices accommodation Civil design We are able to apply the essential architectural principles to any project and create a technically sound, functional planning solution as well as an attractive environment, appropriate to the needs of particular users. We pride ourselves on our approach to design and documentation, ensuring that time and budget constraints are met. Our Practice has strong interests and skills in the area of Design & Project Development. We enjoy the challenge of simple functional design, often incorporating unique elements and in turn providing a contribution to architecture and the environment. The practice has a wide Client base which includes the following organisations: Catholic Education Office Lower Murray Water Mildura Rural City Council Wentworth Shire Council Department of Human Services Victoria Far West Area Health Services NSW Projects undertaken have ranged from a few thousand dollars up to million of dollars, and include new buildings as well as alterations, additions and refurbishment of existing facilities.
