NAI utilizes its REALTrac system to monitor and report on the status of every assignment NAI handles for its clients. It allows NAI to initiate each individual assignment to its local brokerage office and the right agent in the office, set specific targets and tasks, and to administer the complexities of several hundred assignments for each of NAI's clients. REALTrac provides the system to constantly track the progress of each assigned real estate professional to assure they fulfill their tasks as specified. It also gives every broker the ability to keep his/her team and the client up-to-date on their progress electronically. Through this process, the team will assure the quality and consistency of every phase of each assignment. From initial market survey reports through the negotiations and project close out, the team will provide the client with a continuous stream of information. As part of NAI's formal process, REALTrac allows NAI to generate comprehensive activity reports on client assignments, which will be submitted to and reviewed by the client monthly (or more frequently if desired). Activity reports will be used as a basis to analyze the status of each project and take the necessary actions to complete individual transactions.
