Nack Development, founded in early 2016, is a boutique Real Estate Development company, specializing in multi-use, revitalization development in downtowns. Early in 2016, Donny Churchman founded Nack Development. After years in the homebuilding industry as a lobbyist, land acquisition/entitlement executive and a business executive, Mr. Churchman decided to take his experiences from different markets around the Country and begin developing multi-use projects in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Through its many industry contacts and investor relations, Nack Development delivers returns to its investors by acquiring niche development properties, adding value to these properties through the entitlement process and delivering a finished product, Nack, its investors, the Cities and communities can be proud of.
