Quality Behavioral Outcomes QBO works to create genuine partnerships with children, youth, families, schools, organizations and professionals to provide the highest possible standard of behavioral health care, education, and consultation. Our goals are to 1) achieve positive behavioral outcomes for children and youth; 2) increase the knowledge and skills of individuals, teams, and organizations to develop and maintain healthy behaviors; 3) enable our partners to reduce potential problems and successfully address future challenges; and 4) obtain these quality outcomes in an efficient and effective manner.
