N.A. Holding Corp is a privately held holding company based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, investing in established Midwest manufacturing businesses and helping them grow. We acquire small to mid-sized, family-owned businesses where the owner is ready to transition, and the company has the foundation to perform at a higher level. We bring operational leadership, shared resources, and a long-term ownership perspective, and we keep companies rooted in the communities where they were built. Our portfolio includes six operating divisions: Microtech Welding Corp., Shar Systems, Deister Concentrator, Lime City Manufacturing, AGA Architectural Glass and Aluminum, and N.A. Investment Group. Each one is a distinct business with its own team, its own customers, and its own identity.
