The Company was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 6, 2009 primarily to engage in the business of buying, selling, leasing, developing and managing real estate properties. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Citicore Holdings Investment, Inc. Citicore is a company incorporated in the Philippines and is engaged in the business of a holding company through buying and holding shares of other companies. The registered office address of the parent company, which is also its principal place of business, is located at #20 N. Domingo St., Brgy. Valencia, Quezon City.
