MYSIGMA is a Supply Chain Consultancy Firm, founded in the 1970s. The company is specialized in reducing tied up capital and increasing profitability. We are experts in inventory management and supply chain improvements. We perform advanced analyses, lead and carry out change projects and develop strategies within the fields of sourcing, production, distribution and inventory. MYSIGMA has offices in Stockholm, Lund and Oslo. Our consultants have a solid theoretical background with at least a masters level degree with between 10 and 30 years of experience from consulting and operations. This experience includes both management of change projects and operations management. MYSIGMA’s approach is focused on results by prioritizing activities depending on their effect on the result. Our methodology is based on a combination of deep theoretical knowledge and solid practical experience from operations.
