Among us, there is also a PMP certified project manager and licensed attorneys. The project manager readily shares subject matter expertise which informs our writing. The attorneys provide insight we rely on to navigate ITAR, FAR, DFAR and TINA regulations. Their contractual knowledge is also relevant to our work because most proposals create legally binding offers.
