MyoMentor was specifically created with education in mind. I mentor dentists, hygienists, and other health professionals who want to become myofunctional therapists or want to learn more about the field to screen patients for underlying oral myofunctional issues and symptoms. The field of myofunctional therapy has grown exponentially in recent years, driven to a large degree by increased awareness of the importance of the airway, mouth, and tongue in our overall health and the new research that's being published and acknowledged. My education programs are based on my extensive clinical experience, and the latest ongoing research. Mentoring involves long-term continued guidance and support. That's what I was looking for when I was a new therapist. It's so much more than just training! My mentoring program enables students to start seeing patients from the day they graduate and to have ongoing support and encouragement.
