My Nerds was founded in 2009 in order to provide premium U.S. based computer support services, and is a part of Nerds, Inc. The domain mynerds.com was eventually acquired, and "My Nerds" is a federally registered trademark. It is a privately owned company, and all of its employees reside in the U.S. My Nerds are dedicated to providing the best possible computer repair service at a very reasonable cost. All of our technicians are certified A+ remote support technicians or equivalent and are located in the United States. We do not outsource work to other companies or other countries like many other tech support companies. Our headquarters are in Brevard County, FL, and we provide service anywhere in the world - currently only in English. We have technicians standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
