MyMeat Ltd Information

MyMeat was founded in 2013 during Robert Fox’s second year whilst at Loughborough University. As a keen meat eater he knew he was spending too much money on the produce he was buying and looked to find other options. He sourced a butcher through a friend and was able to get a great discount on chicken. From there a Facebook group was made, called “Chicken Run”, where he spread the word to his friends and others and within a short time large orders were being made. The business continued until he graduated from University but Robert knew the concept had more potential. He saw this as a great opportunity to start a new venture and shortly after leaving University; he launched MyMeat in March 2015, a company that distributes large quantities of fresh meat at affordable prices.
