It returns the contributing needs, an outreach priority with the reasoning attached, and local resources for each one. That's enforced at the infrastructure layer, not in a policy someone promises to follow. In our NIH-funded pilot, 79% of women felt comfortable sharing sensitive health data and 64% completed clinical assessments. We built trust into the architecture, not into a promise. That trust is what makes the data possible: our patent-pending clinical risk model, trained through data agreements with the NIH and a national health system, flagged first-trimester postpartum depression risk with over 90% accuracy in early validation.
